Fees

At Barnett Law Firm, not only are we committed to providing quality legal services to each and every client, but also we are committed to providing those services to clients from all walks of life, including those on a budget. As such, we will generally work with our clients to allow them to pay their retainers and fees in installments, if necessary. And for some types of cases—such as auto accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, and worker's compensation—we generally do not get paid attorney's fees unless we recover money for you.
